1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllWaggs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on the free tier and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

AllWaggs is a pet care management application that allows you to track vaccinations, vet visits, medications, and care events for your pets. The Service is available as a free tier (up to 2 pets) and a paid AllWaggs Plus subscription ($4.99/month, unlimited pets).

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use AllWaggs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

AllWaggs Plus is billed monthly at $4.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page or your app store subscription management. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all pet data you enter into AllWaggs.

7. Disclaimer

AllWaggs is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions about your pets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllWaggs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
